When our client’s HR, management and employee overhead, and travel and event costs were added to the base cost of the 3rd party program, the overall expense for the client was approximately $150,000 or $1,500 for each of the 100 participants. The Diversity Pulse results showed that around $60,000 - $70,000 would have been saved or better redirected to other programs and that our client could have achieved similar outcomes had they spent only $80,000 - $90,000.
